A fast-paced song with heavy drum beats, "Rhythm Is Life" features Gaeko's smooth rap skills and intense choreography. The quick transitions between camera shots in the music video also reflects the fast tempo of the song.
The inspiration behind the music video was the concept of an attic. Since an attic is a place where a person stores his or her personal belongings, Gaeko wanted to share his personal attic with his listeners through his music so that people can gain a better understanding of his thoughts and passions.
