Ulala Session's Im Yoontaek is reported to have passed away after suffering from stomach cancer.
On February 11th, it was confirmed that Yoontaek lost the battle against stomach cancer, which was witnessed with his wife and child, along with the members of Ulala Session. He died in hospital at approximately 8:40 in the evening, in the presence of his close family and friends.
Im Yoontaek is part of the band Ulala Session who won the hearts of many Koreans after winning Superstar K3 back in 2011. Yoontaek touched many of his fans' hearts as he continued to pursue his dreams, despite his personal battle with cancer.
Fans and fellow artists alike are continuously expressing their grief and support to Yountaek's family through social networking sites such as Twitter. A funeral service is scheduled be held on February 13th.
