
TV show, "Show Me the Money" will be returning to the small screen with a second season soon. Ahead of its first episode, the production team revealed a series of rappers already confirmed to join this year's cast.
TROY's Kanto, EXID's LE, Fresh Boyz' Ceejay, as well as X-Teen and J'kyun haven confirmed their participation. TROY's Kanto was recently featured in Brand New Music labelmate H's comeback track "Lose Control." Fellow labelmate X-teen also recently made its comeback after years of being inactive. EXID's LE, on the other hand, was already known to be part of the underground rap scene before her debut in the now five member girl group.
Last year's "Show Me the Money" included performances and participation of hip-hop artists such as Double K, Garion, Brown Eyed Girls' Miryo, Verbal Jint, MC Sniper, Joosuc, 45RPM and more.
"Show Me the Money" had its first season last year, and was broadcasted through Mnet. The show features mainstream and underground rappers who collaborate and mentor rookie hip-hop musicians, selected through auditions. At the end of the season, a winner is chosen out of the participants.
