Secret is reported to have been involved in a car accident and sustained injuries. On December 11th, around 2AM (KST), the van the members were in was cruising along the Olympic Highway when it hit the guard rails and was overthrown.
Five people were reportedly injured and were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital. It was revealed that Hyosung is seriously injured while the rest of the members continue to receive treatment. No other details on the extent of their injuries are known.
Meanwhile, the police is also investigating the cause of the accident and is searching through a number of witnesses.
Secret just started their promotional activities for "Talk That" and made their first comeback stages this week.
UPDATE: TS Entertainment has released a statement stating the van slipped on icy part of the road and rolled over. They also confirmed that Zinger, not Hyosung as reported earlier, was the member with the most injuries, as she fractured her ribs and bruised her lungs. The manager, who was driving the van, reportedly suffered a mild injury, with no fractures noted. Meanwhile, after attending to emergency measures in the hospital, Hyosung, Jieun and Sunhwa were discharged from their care.
TS Entertainment stated that Secret's schedule depends on their recovery as their health is their top priority at the moment.
